Kind of a slow week in news. Just a few spare announcements and a lot of speculation.
The biggest rumor surrounds Sony’s countdown site which ends on February 20th. Many are thinking it’ll be the announcement for the next PlayStation console, but it’s likely we’ll just have to wait until then to find out what exactly it’ll be.

Sony has a teaser page on their website counting down to February 20th. Many are speculating this will be a reveal date for the next PlayStation console.
Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V has an official release date of 9/17/13.
Junction Point, the developers behind the flop Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two as well as the first game, has been shut down. Disney also issued a statement expressing their sorrow for the closure.
In one swing Capcom swatted anybody’s hope of getting an Onimusha or Dino Crisis sequel. They are instead focusing on new IPs.
