The Recurring Bosscast: 032: Google Search Sexy Men

Happy Holidays to all from Mat, Jett, and myself with the Recurring Bosscast!

In the last episode of 2013, the big three (Mat, Jett, Jason) discuss our games of the year. Perhaps it’s the excellent caliber of games that were released this year, or just our own varied preferences, but all three of us have completely different lists of our top games!

Tune in and see why the Bosscast is the best gaming podcast about this, that, and the other around!

The Recurring Bosscast: 027: Spit Hot Fire

After sitting out for an episode I’m back on the Bosscast with Mat and Jett!

With all the talks focusing the past few weeks on Grand Theft Auto V, I’ve been feeling a bit left out of the gaming loop in terms of what’s new. But all that is going to change with the release of Pokemon X and Y. In this newest episode of the Recurring Bosscast I lead a discussion on all things Pokemon! Unfortunately Mat and Jett don’t share my enthusiasm for the series… nonetheless, Pikachu and crew are back!

The Recurring Bosscast: 025: PS3some

The Recurring Bosscast is back and better than ever with our 25th episode!

In honor of Grand Theft Auto V being released, Mat, Jett, and I reminisce about our past experiences with video game launches. I recall getting stuck out in the rain for Mortal Kombat. Jett goes to all the Nintendo platform launches because he’s a fanboy like that, and Mat doesn’t buy in to any of the hype!

Gaming News: 2/2/13

PlayStation Button LogoKind of a slow week in news. Just a few spare announcements and a lot of speculation.

The biggest rumor surrounds Sony’s countdown site which ends on February 20th. Many are thinking it’ll be the announcement for the next PlayStation console, but it’s likely we’ll just have to wait until then to find out what exactly it’ll be.

Let’s get down to it. Read the rest of this entry »

Top Ten Games To Watch For In 2013

Animal Crossing New Leaf LogoEvery year brings new innovations to the medium, new games to get us excited, sad, frightened, or happy, and new games to look forward to. 2013 will possibly see the release, or at the very least see the announcement, of brand new consoles from Sony and Microsoft. That means 2013 could be the last year in the current generation of games. With the burden of an entire generation on it’s shoulders, as well as next generation systems already released by Nintendo, 2013 could be one of the better years in gaming. While there will be dozens of games adored and loved by gamers this year, here are 10 titles that I’m particularly excited to see and play. Each of these games range in target audience, platform, genre, and concept, but all of them are shaping up to be future best sellers, award winners, and possible candidates for truly memorable and classic video games.
