Under the Skin

I picked this game up from Game Stop a few years back for less than $10, and it's totally worth it

A random Capcom action game about an alien trying to fit into his alien society by pulling pranks of the denizens of Earth. Complete with a Resident Evil 3: Nemesis themed level!
